Personality. Your web site should have personality -- personality that relates to what you do. Your site's appearance will speak volumes about who you are, and the quality and kind of work you do.

- Be well organized, and easy to use
- Appeal specifically to your target audience
- Be properly programmed and listed so that it turns up well on search engines
